Agriturismo Poggiacolle is located in the heart of Tuscany, immersed in the green hills of the Chianti area, just 2 km far from San Gimignano, from which you have a panoramic view from our swimming pool.
From here you can easily reach all the most important art cities of our region such as Siena, Volterrra, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, Lucca.
The holiday villa is in the heart of the property, which consists of vineyards, olive groves, green pastures and woods of oak, holm and chestnut.
In such scenery, at sunset, our guests might bump into the Tuscan wildlife: pheasants, hares, foxes, deers and wild boars.
Poggiacolle Farmhouse has always been pet-friendly, and your pets are welcome.

"Lovely agriturismo"
We had 3 nights at Poggiacolle this September and it was just perfect. The property is in a beautiful setting well off the main road so it is quiet and rural in what is an increasingly built up part of Tuscany. The views are divine. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable with spotless classy bathrooms. Our young daughters adored the space, the pool and especially the football game!!! Being so close to San Gimignano you can get there early in the morning or later in the evening and enjoy the town without the crowds. It is also so close to Florence (soooo crowded) and Siena (surprisingly uncrowded). Stefano is so friendly and helpful and speaks great English. Marchella, who lives and works at Poggiacolle works her butt off to provide the great breakfasts and tidy rooms, she doesnt speak English and we dont speak Italian but that makes it all the more fun! Couldnt recommend Poggiacolle more highly if you want to stay in the area.Jaipur-gang - Mansfield, Texas
